1.  What are the necklace options I can choose from? Upon signing up, you’ll have the option to choose from different Divini necklace styles that appeal to various customer preferences. This includes a selection of necklaces with various designs, materials, and keyword motifs. You can choose a mix of designs or select a single design based on your selling strategy. Your point of contact will reach out and provide guidance from there.

2. When will the necklaces arrive? Once you’ve completed your purchase, your necklaces will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. How do I track online sales? You’ll be provided with a unique link and discount code that you can share online. All sales made through this link will automatically be tracked, and you’ll be credited with the profit using the bank details you provide us.

4. Can I sell more than the necklaces in my initial kit during the competition? Yes! If you sell all the necklaces in your initial kit, you’re welcome to purchase more and continue selling throughout the competition. Selling more necklaces increases your chances of winning, as we’re looking for participants who demonstrate scalable and effective sales strategies, not just speed. The ability to consistently sell more necklaces is a key indicator of your potential success.

5. How long does the competition last? The competition runs from 17th February to March 31st. After the competition period ends, you can still sell necklaces and keep the profits, but sales after March 31st won’t count toward the prizes.

6. What happens if I don’t sell all my necklaces? You keep all unsold necklaces and are welcome to continue selling them after the competition ends. You’ll still earn the profit on every sale, even if it’s after the competition period. We are confident you'll be able to sell necklaces and that's why we've included a money back guarantee. Full details for the money back guarantee are in our terms & conditions, but in short; If you can prove you completed all the steps, fill out the sales proof document of your efforts at the end of the challenge and keep the necklaces received in the same condition, you'll get your money back. 

7. How do I prove my sales? For in-person sales, you must log customer information (name, contact details), price, and sale time. You’ll submit this in a Sales Proof Document at the end of the competition. For online sales, we’ll automatically track sales through your affiliate link or discount code.

8. Is speed the most important factor in winning the competition? While speed is important, it’s not the only factor we consider. The competition is designed to reward participants who can sell effectively and sustainably. We're not just looking for quick sales, but for individuals who can scale their sales efforts over time. Demonstrating thoughtful, creative sales strategies will improve your chances of winning.

9. What happens if I don’t sell all my necklaces? Any unsold necklaces are yours to keep, and you’re welcome to continue selling them after the competition ends, keeping all profits from each sale. We’re confident in your success, which is why we offer a money-back guarantee. Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions, but in summary: if you complete all steps, fill out the sales proof document detailing your efforts, and keep the necklaces in original condition, you’ll be eligible for a full refund.

10. If I work in a team with others, how does that affect the prizes? If you collaborate with others, prize winnings will be split among the team members. However, multiple employment offers are available for outstanding participants.

11. Can I spend money to achieve sales? While Divini won’t provide additional funding to help you achieve your sales, you are welcome to invest your own money in marketing or promotional efforts (e.g., social media ads, events). However, profitability is a key factor that will be considered when assessing your overall performance. Spending too much on marketing could reduce your profit margins, which may impact your chances of winning.
